Glocal Missional Ministries is non-denominational religious organization that aims at building missional institutions and movements to participate in the grand mission of God.

He called a missional Abraham and through him He created a missional people-Israel. Israel is called to live in a missional posture in the Promised Land. This is the mission that we see God pursuing throughout the Old Testament and in the New Testament when He sends Jesus Christ. Jesus lives a missional lifestyle and he later, through the power of the Holy Spirit creates the Missional community. The church today has that missional calling.

Eric Abaasa

Overseer And Founder
Eric Abaasa is an Ordained minister who received the call to the ministry when he was 14 years. He served in various Youth Leadership positions and he later served as Associate Pastor for more than 20 years. As part of his transition into another Ministry Phase, God led him to start Glocal Missional Ministries. He is passionate about mentoring and coaching, church planting and Discipleship. Looking at the people growing in and being transformed by God’s word brings him much joy and satisfaction. Seeing a younger generation zealous and ready to take up the mantle is his heartbeat dream. God has been training him through various circumstances, experiences and formal training programs. He took his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Makerere University. He has had a number of Theological studies and Leadership training programs from different places. He later completed his Master’s degree at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is currently doing his Doctorate from the same seminary. He is married to Mary Louise and they have 4 beautiful children.

Edard

Missional Childern's Pastor
Edard is passionate about the spiritual growth of children. His love for children stems from the fact that he grew up as an orphan and he therefore knows what it means to miss the love of the parents. When he came to know the Lord as his personal savior as a teenager, he testifies that he felt the love of God compelling him to love the children. He began to trust God for every step of his life and he has seen God’s hand upon his life. When he completed his primary school, he spent other 8 years without furthering his studies to the secondary school until God sent him a good Samaritan who began to stay with him in his own house and took care of his secondary education. He felt loved and his love for God and His ministry grew strong.
He began to feel the call to children ministry during his secondary education. His heart pains with the vulnerable children and he later found himself ministering to kids on the streets. He is “contagious” to the children and wherever he is, you find him surrounded by a number of children. He has also seen children grow in his hands to being mature Christians and they are now serving God. He is therefore committed to the spiritual growth of children and preparing them for future ministry. He has done a lot of training in children ministry.

Mary Louise

Missional Women Leader
Mary Louise came to the Lord when she was a young girl and she grew up in the church. From her youthful time, she was very active in mercy and hospitality ministries. Visiting hospitals and prisons to share the love of God was always part of weekly schedule. She loves to share God’s word, she is an earnest intercessor for families and God’s work everywhere. She dreams of flourishing families where children will grow in a spiritually, physically and emotionally healthy environment. She is committed to conducting women seminars and conferences so that more women and young ladies will rise to their positions and their calling both in their families and in God’s work.

Joshua

Missional Youth Leader
Joshua came to know the Lord from his young age. He was born and raised from very committed Christians. His father later died when he was still young and was raised by his uncles and other relatives from extended family. He has gone through kindergarten, primary and secondary education as born again Christian. He is now at the university about to finish his Bachelor’s degree. During all this school time, his passion for the future generation grew stronger and he feels that the well prepared youths will lead into a better prepared generation. God has given him ability to easily connect with the young people and he has been busy organizing different youth seminars and movements. His passion is to see a committed mature Christian leaders and ministers who are ready to witness for Christ in their market places.
